We are proud and delighted to have Pontus Frithiof as our restaurateur, in collaboration with Nordrest. Under the leadership of head chef Alexander Genberg, the KRAV-certified restaurant serves exciting menus for our conference and event guests.
The concept for Tekniska by Pontus is based on the future, innovation and sustainability. This means that we work with six different basic dishes and seasons. The menus are based on vegetables and carefully selected protein sources, including fish, vegetarian or meat options (although not beef).
This also means that vegetables are handled and cooked in a way that makes the most use of them. The little that is left over is placed in the restaurant’s composter or converted into biofuel.
We bake our own bread in the restaurant, and we only select environmentally certified suppliers. We choose products such as Rescue, a juice that is produced from windfall, as well as Törst eco soft drinks that are locally produced on the island of Värmdö in the Stockholm Archipelago.
