Banquet menus

We offer several dishes that can be combined according to your wishes to create a tasty dining experience. The content of the menus is tailored to the season and is based on vegetables and carefully selected protein sources. Compose your own banquet menu by choosing a starter, a main course and a dessert.

Banquet menus for the Event

Appetizers

  • Carpaccio of salmon, beetroot or reindeer with side dishes.
  • Gubbröra (boiled egg, chives, matjes herring and mayonnaise) on arctic char with roe. Served with a light crisp bread.
  • Baked celery with browned butter, pickled mushrooms and roasted nuts on a bed of Neapolitan salad.

Hot dishes

  • Artichoke heart with mushroom risotto on a bed of roasted root vegetables.
  • Served with artichoke puree with caramelized pine nuts.
  • Rum-filled bacon-wrapped (alternatively savoy cabbage-wrapped) cod loin on a bed of root vegetables and champagne sauce. Top with freshly grated horseradish and herbs.
  • Glazed corn chicken fillet with salt-baked carrots and beets. Served with Västerbotten cheese puree and port wine sauce.

Desserts

  • Strawberry sorbet with pickled rhubarb and almond flakes and sour vanilla cream & fresh berries.
  • Homemade princess cake, strawberry cake or tiramisu served in a glass.
  • Xanté parfait with gooseberries and caramel sauce. Served with lightly whipped cream.

Non-alcoholic beverage package

1 glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine

1 glass of non-alcoholic white wine or 1 fl of your choice of soft drink

1 glass + refill of non-alcoholic red wine or 2 fl of your choice of soft drink

Coffee/tea

(Wine can be exchanged for non-alcoholic beer or cider)

Price: SEK 235 per person

Optional

Bread and butter: SEK 25 per person

Flower decorations

Solitaire with twig: SEK 65 per table (minimum number 10)

A durable flower such as Santini, Altrömeria or carnation in color according to season.

Small flower arrangement: From SEK 300 made in a bowl that is 13 cm in diameter.

Large flower arrangement: From SEK 450 made in a bowl that is 15 cm in diameter.

Please note that a transport fee of SEK 205 is added for the delivery of the flowers
