Opening hours

The museum, restaurant and shop is open Monday – Sunday: 10.00–22.00.

Deviating opening hours

• On Oct 1 is The Wooden Hall closed.
• On Oct 2 is The Wooden Hall closed during 15.00 – 22.00.
• On Oct 3 is The Wooden Hall closed.

Admission

Admission includes entrance to exhibitions at the museum. Free tickets and discounts are redeemed at the information desk.

Children 0–6 years have free entry
Entrance (from 7 years): SEK 170, you can buy tickets both online and at the entrance.

Admissions to Wisdome Stockholm

Everyone watching a dome show requires a personal Wisdome ticket that cost 100 SEK per dome show.

Schools

Admission to the museum: SEK 60 for pupils/students up to the age of 19. Accompanying teachers have free entry. Send an email inquiry to skolbokning@tekniskamuseet.se at least two days before the day you want to visit. This applies to after-school centers, comprehensive schools, municipal adult education centers, and SFI (Swedish for Immigrants) classes.

Free entrance to refugees

The museum has decided to give free admission to people who have fled their home countries and seek protection in Sweden. The LMA card from the Swedish Migration Board is valid as an entrance ticket. In regards with the ongoing war in Ukraine, a Ukrainian passport is also valid as an entrance ticket.
