Good to know

The annual pass, and whole purchases where an annual pass is included, is non-refundable.  You must first buy an annual pass before you can book an entrance slot.

If you or your child are already registered annual pass holders but without an e-mail address, you must contact and provide us with a unique e-mail address for every person.
