Here you can make a really delicious dessert based entirely on plant based raw materials, with the use of liquid nitrogen as an added playful and creative element. This alternative cooling technique provides extreme cold in a short space of time, helping to preserve the flavour and freshness of the raw materials. The result is a wonderful dessert that is a delight for both the eye and the palate.
This activity is carried out together with a chef. After being been divided into groups, the participants work at different stations around the kitchen, where they make different elements of the dessert. Finally, the chef takes over for the slightly risky task of rapidly freezing the dessert with the aid of liquid nitrogen. Of course, you then get to eat the dessert you have made.
