Conditions of purchase for an Annual Pass
An Annual Pass gives you a range of benefits, and pays for itself after just two visits.

Annual Passes can not be refunded.
Period of validity
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be used for an unlimited number of visits to the museum during that period.
An Annual Pass pays for itself after just two visits, and also entitles you to an unlimited number of visits for one year. For as long as the time slot system is in use at the museum, even visitors with an Annual Pass must book a slot to be sure of admission. There is no additional charge for this.
Holders of an Annual Pass are also sent exclusive invitations, and receive the latest news from the museum before other visitors. We also offer discounts on the regular range in our museum shop and in the restaurant upon presentation of your Annual Pass.
An Annual Pass is non-transferable
You are not permitted to lend your Annual Pass to any other person, whether this is to gain entry to the museum or to benefit from discounts inside the museum. The museum conducts random identity checks.
In the event of misuse, your Annual Pass may be cancelled without refund.
You agree to personally ensure that you register your visit in the Entrance area every time you come to the museum.
Lost Annual Pass
If you should lose your physical Annual Pass card (i.e. an Annual Pass issued before 2021), you must inform the museum as quickly as possible so that it can be blocked. Please see below for contact details. You can obtain a replacement card at your next visit, at a cost of SEK 20.
Stiftelsen Tekniska museet reserves the right to make changes to prices and discounts without prior notice.
Cancellation of autogiro payments
It is no longer possible to purchase a new Annual Pass with payment by autogiro. The autogiro service will expire in may 2021.
If you already have an Annual Pass with payment by autogiro:
At the end of the contract period (12 months from the date of purchase), you must personally cancel your autogiro payment by sending an email to: email@example.com.
