Kick-off package with Quiz Battle at Tekniska
Kick start the business after the summer break with an energizing kick-off and take team building to the next level. We offer a package that is aimed at the slightly larger group and that includes our new activity, which we offer in collaboration with More Activities, Quiz Battle at Tekniska.
Quiz Battle is a tailor-made activity based on the exhibitions at the National Museum of Science and Technology. The group is divided into teams that get to immerse themselves in one pre-selected exhibition that interests you the most and then compete against each other with your new knowledge in an interactive, clever, and innovative quiz.
Exhibitions to choose from:
The activity is divided into two parts, start-up and information gathering in the selected exhibition. Following by part number two, which involves the group gathering in the Event Room where food and beverages (which is booked at an additional cost), is served alternated with three rounds of the quiz where the teams get to test their new knowledge but also their ability to collaborate and listen to each other. Good cooperation is the fastest way to win. After the last round of the quiz we have a winning team with big smiles and a medal around their necks!
The activity itself takes a total of approximately two hours, but in combination with an addition of food and drinks according to your wishes (separate offer is given for food and beverages), it will be a complete evening of around a total of four hours.
Food and beverages in addition
Different companies have different wishes regarding what type of food and beverages that are desired in connection with their kick-off. We have therefore chosen to exclude food and beverages from the package and will instead leave a separate quotation for this based on your specific wishes for your evening. Do you want a street food style After Work menu or a more traditional style three course dinner? A pre-booked beverage package or a bar where your guests can buy their own beverages during the evening? The beverage list includes good alternatives both with and without alcohol, such as a tasty fruit juice from Rescued of locally produced eco soft drink Törst from the island of Värmdö
The offer
Our offer includes entrance to the museum, the activity with activity leaders from More activities, exclusive access to the Event Room with existing AV-technique and AV-technical staff between 17:00 – 22:00 hrs. Minimum 45 persons in the party up to a maximum of 100 persons
Price
45 – 50 persons: SEK 960 + VAT / person
51 – 100 persons: SEK 875 + VAT / person
All food and beverages will be an additional cost.
Practical information
- The offer is valid between September 12 and November 25th 2022, non-holiday weekdays with the exception of school holidays.
- All bookings are made on request.
- The offer can only be booked within the stated times, 17:00 – 22:00 hrs.
- Minimum charge for 45 person is applied.
- Maximum number of participants 100 persons.
- Existing furniture and AV-technique in the Event Room is included.
- For other requests, a quote is provided on request and may involve additional costs, for premises, staff, technology, food and beverages.
Terms and conditions
- Special booking conditions apply to the offer with free cancellation up to 30 days before the event date.
- Up to 14 days prior to the event date the number of participants can be adjusted free of charge up to 10% (however not lower than 45 people that applies for minimum debit), after that it is 100% payment upon adjustment.
